With a soulfully authentic singing voice and guitar playing style, Rich Compton's music successfully blends Folk, Blues, Country, and Rock genres in an era of genre-less music. His wide variety of songs are easy on the ears and crafted with meaning and musicality in the tradition of Bob Dylan, Neil Young, JJ Cale, Tom Petty, and more current influences such as The Wood Brothers, The Tedeschi-Trucks Band, Billy Strings, and Chris Stapleton. Originally from Northern California, Rich now calls Portland Oregon home since 2020.
